Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8.00 per order. Orders of $70 or more ship free.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Some items, such as our wall-mounted cat shelves, ship from a U.S. warehouse and usually arrive sooner. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak holiday seasons. If you need an item by a specific date, please order early or email us before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at poitierjerry@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost packages). We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we'll do our best to help if you contact us before your order ships.
